Power60 Session

Power60 Session

Our Power60 session is a fun and engaging 60-minute speed and agility workout designed specifically for beginner and intermediate athletes. Using agility ladders and simple movement drills, this session helps young athletes develop better footwork, coordination, and confidence in their movements. Whether your child is new to sports or looking to improve their athletic skills, Power60 provides the perfect foundation in a supportive and encouraging environment.

Clinic Highlights:
     ✔  Basic Agility Ladder Drills – Learn simple footwork patterns to improve coordination.
     ✔  Introduction to Quick Movements – Develop faster reactions in an easy-to-follow format.
     ✔  Fun Balance & Body Control Drills – Strengthen stability for better movement.
